I worked this design using 3 strands of thread throughout the design.

Pattern for the design
I have drawn this design in a 10 lines/inch graph paper and transfer it to the fabric using carbon paper. This design can be used as an all over butti for a saree or placed adjacently to create border for kurtis or sarees.
Kasuti embroidery may be rooted in tradition, but it’s wonderfully accessible—even for beginners. With just a few basic stitches and a little practice, you can create timeless patterns that add charm and cultural value to your fabric. I hope this quick 20-minute project inspires you to explore more of this beautiful craft.
