Hi all
Hope all are doing well and good. Today I am happy to share with you an easy needlepoint stitch called T stitch.
The stitch is called T stitch because it creates a pattern that resembles the letter T when viewed from the front. This stitch is sister stitch to tent stitch. It is a combination of reverse tent stitch and tent stitches. This is a great and fun stitch to create light pattern textures in background areas. To fill large areas quickly we can use this stitch. It is also known as woven stitch. It is easy, fast and great for open backgrounds like sky or grass. It is open filler stitch/light coverage stitch which means you will see some canvas through the stitches.
I have worked this sample in a 15 ct loosely weave aida fabric. Used 6 strands of anchor embroidery thread.

Hope you all find this tutorial useful. See you with another flower design. Till then have a nice time with your needle and thread.
