Pattern for the design

This flower is drawn out of a 2cm diameter circle, with 12 equally spaced spokes.  Each spoke is 0.75cm in length. Design fits a 2" *2" square.

Stitches & Threads Used

Flower - Granitos stitch with 4 stitches - 6 strands  - 46

Centre of flower - Straight stitch from each petal towards centre - 6 strands - 307

Buds - Granitos stitch with 4 stitches - 6 strands - 307

Stem - Couching stitch - 6 strands - 257

Leaves - Fishbone stitch - 6 strands - 257

Your Granitos Stitch Flower is now complete, with its raised petals adding lovely texture and dimension to your embroidery.
