Hi all,
Hope all are doing well and good. In the embroidery stitch tutorials series today is threaded arrowheaded. This stitch belongs to the straight stitch family. To do this stitch you have to know the arrowhead stitch. Threaded arrow head stitch is done on the arrowhead stitch done horizontally.

First do a row of arrowhead stitch.
Come up through the fabric at the left corner.
Insert the needle under the first 'v' without picking the fabric.
Pull the thread through the 'v' stitch.
Insert the needle under the 'v' and the working thread(green) and the next inverted 'v' stitch.
Pull through the thread.
Turn the needle and thread in anticlockwise direction and insert the needle under next two 'v' stitches as shown.
Continue the same steps for all the 'v's.
Threaded arrow head stitch is done.
I have done it in a different colour to explain it. You can use two colours to do this stitch. If you do it in a single colour it will create a lace like effect.
I have worked this stitch as a neckline for one of my kurti. Tomorrow I will come up with that kurti and the design for the neck line. So stay tuned. Till then, have a happy and nice day.
